  • Identity Verification: Government-issued ID and selfie for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to ensure trust and safety.
  • Trip & Drop Details: Travel itinerary, available luggage capacity, item descriptions, photos, pickup/delivery addresses.
  • Payment Information: Payment card details (processed securely by Stripe), payout account information, and transaction history.
  • Communications: Messages exchanged with other users through our in-app chat.
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and push notification tokens.
  • Location Data: Approximate location for matching Droppers with nearby Carriers (only when you grant permission).

  • To match Droppers with Carriers based on routes and availability
  • To process payments and payouts
  • To verify your identity and maintain platform trust
  • To facilitate communication between users

  • Other Users: Limited profile information is visible to Droppers and Carriers you interact with.
  • Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (data storage), Expo (push notifications), Telnyx (SMS verification), Resend (email).
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication (JWT), and role-based access controls. Payment data is handled exclusively by PCI-compliant processors (Stripe).

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
